SHIPPING: USPS standard 3-5 days. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Larger quantities or customizations may require additional time.

DAMAGE, EXCHANGE, AND ISSUES: Please inspect your delivery immediately within 2 days of arrival. If your item is damaged, we will gladly replace it. To request an exchange, email us us at skyejace20@gmail.com and title the email “exchange request”. Please include pictures of the damaged items. As soon as the exchange is processed, we will send you an email with the decision of out claims department.

REFUNDS: We do not issue refunds. We do not issue refunds if you do not like the fragrance. We only replace damage goods if they are damaged by emailing us at skyejace20@gmail.com.

EXCEPTIONS/NONREFUNDABLE ITEMS: There are cases where we won’t refund or issue a replacement for your order. Such a case being that you don’t like the fragrance of the item selected. We strive to make sure each customer has a satisfactory experience.
